Kaisheng New Energy (formerly Luoyang Glass) was issued warning letters by the Henan Securities Regulatory Bureau to the company and to Xie Jun, Chen Peng, and Chen Hongzhao because it failed to timely disclose litigation and arbitration matters involving RMB 333 million; in 2024 the company was also ordered to rectify problems in revenue accounting and insider information registration, and its chairman and six other people were warned. Luoyang Longhai Electronic Glass fined for excess nitrogen oxide emissions

Luoyang Glass subsidiary Luobo Group Luoyang Longhai Electronic Glass Co. was fined RMB 500,000 after nitrogen oxide hourly average concentrations exceeded the national emissions standard. Regulators disclosed the penalty information on December 21, 2020.
