Razzoo's closes nine locations after acquisition
Following the acquisition by M Crowd Restaurant Group, nine Razzoo's Cajun Cafe locations closed, including restaurants in Burleson, College Station, Far North Dallas, Garland, Irving, Lewisville, Lubbock, Spring and Tyler. Ten North Texas locations remain open.

M Crowd Restaurant Group acquires Razzoo's Cajun Cafe for $18.8 million
M Crowd Restaurant Group, parent company of Mi Cocina, announced on December 29 that it acquired the Razzoo's Cajun Cafe chain for $18.8 million. Following the acquisition, nine Razzoo's locations closed while ten North Texas locations remain open.
