Marsh launches Stratus property insurance exchange for data center operational risk
Marsh launched Stratus, a property insurance exchange designed for the operational risks of digital infrastructure projects including data centers, offering access to up to $10 billion in property insurance capacity on a single placement for the global exposures of US-domiciled companies through 30 traditional and alternative capital providers. Stratus extends Marsh's construction-phase facility Nimbus and will initially focus on property coverage before expanding into inland marine, cyber and casualty lines.
