Maruha Nichiro reported that subsidiary Westward Seafoods acquired a processing facility from Icicle Seafoods, while a fishing-vessel company newly established by Maruha Capital Investment and a local partner acquired nine fishing vessels with Alaska pollock quota from Icicle.
