MPIC partners with Dusit for Philippine hotel and condominium projects
Metro Pacific Investments Corporation announced a partnership with Dusit International and signed a P1.6-billion investment agreement for the development of two hotels and three condominiums in the Philippines. The agreement also covers upgrades to existing Dusit properties in the country.

MPTC acquires full stakes in two infrastructure firms
Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC), a subsidiary of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC), acquired all shares in CIIF Infrastructure Holdings Sdn Bhd and CAIF III Infrastructure Holdings Sdn Bhd. The transaction gave MPIC an indirect additional 24.98% stake in PT Margautama Nusantara, bringing MPTC's total equity interest in that Indonesian toll-road operator to 100%.
