Michelin North America sues Tri-Ace over tire design
Michelin North America filed suit against Tri-Ace Wheel & Tire Corporation and its Black Bear USA affiliate, alleging that the Black Bear All-Terrain II tire infringes patents protecting the BFGoodrich Tires All-Terrain T/A KO2 design. The claims are allegations in the complaint.
