    Hull Street Energy completes acquisition of GridFlex Portfolio peaking plants from Rockland Capital

    Hull Street Energy, LLC completed its acquisition of two power plants totaling 1,263 MW of capacity from Rockland Capital, LP. The acquired assets, comprising the GridFlex Portfolio (Lee County Generating Station in Illinois and Tait Electric Generating Station in Ohio), will join Milepost Power, HSE's thermal power generation platform.
