Millcreek Mall challenges Pennsylvania closure orders in court
The Cafaro-Peachcreek Joint Venture Partnership, which owns Millcreek Mall, filed a federal lawsuit challenging COVID-19 closure orders that kept most of the mall’s stores closed. The suit alleges the requirements are arbitrary and cause irreparable economic damage.
