Albemarle and Mineral Resources complete MARBL lithium joint venture transaction
Albemarle announced that it had closed its transaction with Mineral Resources, creating the 60/40 MARBL Lithium Joint Venture. Under the agreement, Albemarle acquired a 60% interest in the Wodgina spodumene mine and transferred a 40% interest in two Kemerton lithium hydroxide conversion trains to Mineral Resources.
