Mitsui Chemicals completes acquisition of Ultradent Products
Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. announced that its acquisition of Ultradent Products, Inc., a U.S.-based developer, manufacturer and seller of dental products, has been completed, making Ultradent a wholly owned subsidiary. The deal, originally scheduled to close in September 2026, closed on August 14, 2026, U.S. time, after competition and investment law approvals and notifications were completed ahead of schedule.
