North Dakota PSC fines MDU over transmission-line construction
The North Dakota Public Service Commission fined MDU for building a transmission line without required siting approval. The order set a $50,000 fine, with $10,000 suspended; a separate $60,000 fine related to the line’s proximity to landowners was deleted.

MDU fined over underground facility marking
