Mutares completes acquisition of Steinmüller Engineering GmbH from IHI Group
Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has completed the acquisition of Steinmüller Engineering GmbH, a German specialist in thermal-process engineering with a history dating back to 1874, from IHI Group. Steinmüller, which generated close to EUR 100 million in total output last year, will operate as a new platform investment in Mutares' Energy & Technology segment.
