    Arizona AG sues MV Realty over alleged predatory listing contracts

    Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes filed a lawsuit on Aug. 17 alleging that MV Realty used fraudulent and predatory tactics in its Homeowner Benefit Program, giving homeowners cash upfront in exchange for exclusive listing rights and recording liens against homes; the state says more than 1,500 Arizona homeowners were affected and each lost thousands of dollars.
