Nedbank completes acquisition of 66% of NCBA
Nedbank completed its acquisition of about 66% of Kenya’s NCBA, issuing 43.6 million new shares and paying R2.9 billion in cash to shareholders who accepted its offer. NCBA will remain listed on the Nairobi Securities Exchange.
