    Dialog sells stake in Digital Health

    Dialog Axiata PLC sold a 20 percent stake in Digital Health (Private) Limited, operator of the Doc990 platform, to Sunshine Healthcare Lanka Limited and Nawaloka Hospitals PLC for a total of Rs.374.9 million. The transaction reduced Dialog group’s ownership to 44.66 percent, and Digital Health ceased to be a group subsidiary.
