RedHill and Aurobindo settle Movantik patent litigation
RedHill Biopharma, AstraZeneca and Nektar Therapeutics entered into a settlement and license agreement with Aurobindo Pharma USA, resolving their U.S. patent litigation over a proposed generic version of Movantik. The agreement allows Aurobindo to sell a generic version no earlier than April 1, 2031, subject to FDA approval and specified circumstances.

RedHill and partners settle Movantik patent litigation with Apotex
RedHill Biopharma announced that RedHill Biopharma Inc., AstraZeneca entities and Nektar Therapeutics had entered into a settlement and license agreement with Apotex entities, resolving their U.S. patent litigation over Apotex's application to market a generic version of Movantik. Under the agreement, Apotex may not sell a generic version in the U.S. until October 1, 2030, subject to FDA approval or earlier circumstances specified in the agreement.

RedHill Biopharma announced that RedHill, AstraZeneca, Nektar and MSN had entered a settlement and license agreement resolving U.S. patent litigation concerning MSN's application to market a generic version of Movantik. Under the agreement, MSN may not sell a generic version in the U.S. until October 1, 2030, subject to FDA approval, or earlier under certain circumstances.
