Mastercard completed its acquisition of the majority of Nets' Corporate Services business after meeting the conditions set out by the European Commission in its August 2020 approval.

Yoba and Nets agree on SME payment solution
Under a new agreement, Nets will provide a full-scale solution for Yoba’s offering, incorporating corporate credit and debit cards, digitised services, enterprise card management tools and security. Yoba’s offering was planned to launch in Luxembourg in 2021, subject to regulatory approval.
