New World Development's Kowloon Tong project Pavilia Rosa will put its final three one-bedroom units on sale next Monday, each 336 square feet, with discounted prices ranging from HK$10.51 million to HK$11.15 million. The project has sold 65 units to date, generating over HK$2.7 billion.
