Solar FlexRack and Nextracker settle patent lawsuit
Solar FlexRack announced that it had settled a lawsuit brought against it and Northern States Metals by Nextracker. Solar FlexRack also agreed to dismiss its patent-invalidity claims; Northern States Metals denied infringement, and the settlement involved nominal payments. The settlement is not a determination that infringement occurred.
