NextSource partners to develop battery anode plant
NextSource Materials announced a three-way partnership with an unnamed Japanese trading company and its unnamed Chinese partner to develop a battery anode facility. NextSource will fund, own and operate the facility once constructed; the Chinese partner will provide technical and plant-design support, and the Japanese partner will act as exclusive sales agent.

NextSource announces strategic investment from Vision Blue
NextSource Materials announced a binding agreement with Vision Blue Resources for a financing package totaling US$29.5 million. The proceeds are intended to fund construction of the Molo graphite mine in Madagascar and advance related studies and processing-plant plans; the financing was subject to conditions and approvals.
