Nippon Paper completes acquisition of Orora’s Australia/New Zealand packaging business
Nippon Paper Industries and its wholly owned subsidiary Paper Australia completed the purchase of Orora Limited's paperboard and fibre-based packaging business in Australia and New Zealand. The acquired business was incorporated into subsidiaries known as Opal.
