Nolato signs agreement to acquire M&M Qualtech
Swedish firm Nolato has signed an agreement to acquire Irish M&M Qualtech, which has annual sales of approximately SEK 385 million and 200 employees in Galway, Ireland. The acquisition adds scalable electronics capacity for market segments such as medical, industrial and defense, and the operations are expected to be consolidated into Nolato as of September under the name Nolato Qualtech.
