Reznor–Malm litigation
After the relationship between co-founders Trent Reznor and John Malm Jr. deteriorated, Reznor sued Malm and prevailed on claims including fraud and breach of fiduciary duty. The dispute contributed to the effective end of Nothing Records as an active label.
