Nuvoton said it had completed its cash acquisition of Panasonic Group subsidiary Panasonic Semiconductor Solutions (PSCS), including all PSCS shares and specified semiconductor-related assets and operations. Following completion, PSCS would be renamed Nuvoton Technology Corporation Japan.
