Ghana National Petroleum Corporation acquired a 7% commercial interest in the Jubilee and TEN blocks from Occidental Petroleum for $199 million; the acquisition took effect on April 1, 2021. The acquired interests were to be transferred to GNPC's subsidiary GNPC Explorco.
