Hao Open Foods sues OG over forced early exit from Taste Orchard
Hao Open Foods, owned by Hao Mart chairman Tan Kim Yong, filed a lawsuit against OG for forcing it to vacate Taste Orchard premises early despite valid tenancy agreements. The claim alleges OG knew and approved sub-tenancies but later claimed they were unauthorised, and seeks damages for misrepresentation, negligence, wrongful interference with trade and induced breaches of contract.
