McCormick and Primal Palate settle Old Bay–New Bae lawsuit
McCormick, owner of the Old Bay Seasoning brand, and Primal Palate, which sells New Bae seasoning, reached a private settlement in McCormick’s federal lawsuit. A federal judge dismissed the lawsuit on January 21 after both companies informed the court that they had reached the agreement.
