    Unilever develops laundry capsule using captured industrial carbon

    Unilever confirmed it had developed a laundry capsule using carbon captured from heavy industry. The carbon was converted into ethanol by LanzaTech, then processed into ethylene oxide by India Glycols and sent to Unilever's Hefei factory in China, where OMO laundry capsules are manufactured. The capsules were expected to reach stockists in Asia soon.
