Ontex and Hypera settle arbitration claims
Ontex announced that it had entered into a settlement agreement with Hypera over claims related to Ontex's 2017 acquisition of Hypera's Brazilian personal hygiene business. Under the agreement, Ontex will receive 500 million Brazilian reais by October 1, 2021, and the arbitration proceedings initiated by Ontex will be closed.
