Pattern Energy closes financing for Phoenix Solar Project
Pattern Energy announced that it had completed financing for its 105 MWdc Phoenix Solar Project in Texas. ING Capital provided construction and term project financing, and RBC Community Investments provided tax equity. Pattern Energy also said construction had started.

CPPIB agrees to acquire Pattern Energy
Pattern Energy Group and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board announced a definitive agreement under which CPPIB will acquire Pattern Energy in an all-cash transaction for US$26.75 per share, implying an enterprise value of approximately US$6.1 billion including net debt. The transaction was expected to close by the second quarter of 2020.
