People's Leasing & Finance appointed Sujeewa Rajapakse, Sudarshan Ahangama, Clive Fonseka, Chanura Wijetillake, and Asoka Bandara to its board with effect from February 19, 2020. Rajapakse was appointed non-executive, non-independent chairman; the others were appointed non-executive, non-independent directors.
