Chrysaor agrees to acquire Premier Oil
Premier Oil was to be acquired by Chrysaor Holdings in a reverse takeover, a deal described as creating the largest listed independent oil and gas producer in the UK North Sea. The transaction remained subject to regulatory, shareholder and creditor approval.

BP sale of North Sea interests to Premier Oil
BP is selling its interests in the Andrew area and its non-operating interest in the Shearwater field to Premier Oil for US$625 million. The sale was expected to complete in the third quarter of 2020.
