Prenetics and Artisan announce merger agreement
Prenetics and Artisan Acquisition Corp. announced that they had signed a merger agreement. The transaction valued Prenetics at an enterprise value of $1.25 billion and a combined equity value of about $1.7 billion; completion was expected in the fourth quarter of 2021 or the first quarter of 2022.

Prenetics signs molecular diagnostics collaboration agreements with Oxford University and OSCAR
Prenetics, Oxford University and Oxford Suzhou Centre for Advanced Research signed multi-million-dollar collaboration agreements to further develop OxLAMP technology for molecular testing. The three-year collaboration also includes a Prenetics Innovation Technology Centre for advanced molecular diagnostics based in Oxford Suzhou.
