Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier filed a lawsuit alleging that Prime Therapeutics and Express Scripts entered into an illegal agreement to fix prices on otherwise affordable drugs, citing a December 2019 collaboration in which Prime adopted Express Scripts' lower reimbursement rates.
