    RPI acquires three SoftPrint business units

    Reischling Press, Inc. (RPI) acquired the assets of SoftPrint Holdings' ColorCentric, Picaboo.com, and prInternet business units. The businesses were to become RPI companies, and RPI said it would retain their employees. The acquisition price and other terms were not disclosed.
