Prysmian completed its acquisition of Atkore for $95 per eligible share, taking control of the U.S. electrical infrastructure supplier. Atkore became a wholly owned subsidiary of Prysmian.

Fincantieri-Prysmian joint venture completes acquisition of Xtera
Fincantieri announced the completion of the acquisition of Xtera Topco Limited, a UK- and US-based company in subsea telecommunications systems, through the joint venture between Prysmian (80%) and Fincantieri (20%). The transaction, first announced in December 2025, contributes to expanding the range of services developed through the Fincantieri-Prysmian partnership in the development, monitoring and protection of subsea infrastructure.
