Puravankara enters affordable-housing investment partnership with IFC
Puravankara said it entered a partnership with IFC and IFC Emerging Asia Fund, which will invest USD 76 million in group special purpose vehicles for residential affordable-housing development under the Provident brand; USD 41 million had already been received.
