Hyderabad consumer commission penalizes BookMyShow and PVR Cinemas
The Hyderabad District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission found BookMyShow and PVR Cinemas at fault over additional internet charges and ordered them to pay Rs 5,000 to the Consumer Legal Aid Account, Rs 25,000 in compensation to the plaintiff, and Rs 1,000 in litigation costs.
