    Kenyan psychologist launches Qiotter AI app for children with developmental differences

    Kenyan psychologist and neurodiversity specialist Tabby Wangechi Ngeru introduced Qiotter, an AI-powered application launched in July that turns children's screen time into personalised developmental activities for conditions such as autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome and dyslexia. The app includes a virtual assistant called NIA, and caregivers must register and enter detailed information about each child to create a digital nest consolidating developmental data, personalised activities and support resources.
