Raízen agrees to acquire 50% of Barcos & Rodados
Raízen reached an agreement to acquire 50% of Paraguayan fuel retailer Barcos & Rodados for $130 million. Under the agreement, the acquired stations will progressively switch to the Shell brand, which Barcos & Rodados will be able to use.
