    Mir space-station prediction

Paco Rabanne publicly predicted that the Mir space station would crash into France during the 11 August 1999 solar eclipse, causing deaths in Paris and the Gers region. The prediction did not occur. The episode concerned the founder's public persona rather than a documented corporate misconduct case.
