REC raises $75 million syndicated term loan
State-run REC raised a USD 75 million, five-year secured SOFR-linked syndicated term loan, with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation's Singapore Branch serving as sole Mandated Lead Arranger and Bookrunner. The proceeds were designated for power sector projects, subject to RBI external commercial borrowing guidelines.
