Hubbard sues Facebook over Reels name
Hubbard Broadcasting filed suit against Facebook in a Minnesota U.S. district court, alleging trademark infringement, trademark dilution, and unfair competition over the Reels name, which Hubbard says conflicts with its REELZ service and trademarks. The allegations are not presented as a court determination.
