    Chifeng Gold said its board approved terminating the share transfer agreement for the acquisition of 100% of Mensin Bibiani Pty Ltd. It said Chijin Hong Kong had paid an advance to seller Resolute Mining Limited and that it would seek repayment of the advance and applicable interest.
