RF Investment Partners acquires RJ Underground
New York-based private equity firm RF Investment Partners acquired Kenosha-based RJ Underground Inc., a provider of horizontal directional drilling, hydro excavation, and specialty utility installation services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Milwaukee-based investment bank TKO Miller served as the exclusive financial advisor to RJ Underground.
