    RFD and Associates countersues Oklahoma Ethics Commission over terminated Guardian 2.0 contract

    RFD and Associates filed a counterclaim against the Oklahoma Ethics Commission in Oklahoma County District Court, alleging the agency unnecessarily terminated its contract to replace the state's campaign finance system and seeking more than $1 million in unpaid labor and $5.1 million in damages for lost profits and business opportunities, totaling about $6 million. The Ethics Commission terminated the contract in December and sued RFD in January, alleging breach of contract, fraud and other claims.
