    Wealth Enhancement sues ex-advisor over alleged client solicitation

    Wealth Enhancement filed a lawsuit against former advisor Christopher Porpiglia in Minnesota state court (the case was later transferred to federal court), alleging he breached his 2022 employment contract by resigning on Oct. 8, 2026 without the required 30 days' notice and immediately soliciting former clients after joining RFG Advisory. Porpiglia's attorney said he would deny every material obligation in the complaint, and RFG Advisory said it was confident in the process followed in connection with the advisor's transition.
