Chatham offers to acquire R.R. Donnelley
Chatham Asset Management submitted an all-cash offer to acquire the R.R. Donnelley common stock it does not already own for $9.10 per share, and said it was prepared to increase the offer to $9.34 if the Atlas agreement's termination fee and expense reimbursement were eliminated.
