FanX and San Diego Comic-Con settle lawsuit
FanX settled its long-running lawsuit with the organizers of San Diego Comic-Con over use of the words “comic con.” The settlement terms were not immediately disclosed; Dan Farr Productions confirmed it would no longer be allowed to use the term.
