San'an Optoelectronics sues Huacan Optoelectronics over patents
San'an Optoelectronics filed two patent-infringement lawsuits against Huacan Optoelectronics and its subsidiaries, alleging infringement of two patents and seeking RMB 80 million in compensation. Huacan said its preliminary analysis found that its products did not infringe and that it had retained lawyers to respond; the court had accepted the case.
